It's a really central piece, but it's fine in this case, because everything's feeding off of the center of the image. I especially like how you set up the tree in the background so that it's expanding from the statue, as well as the light coming in from behind it. It's really amazing how there's such a strong light in the background and yet everything is still so bright. (how DID you do that anyway?)

I'm not quite sure what the blue and white things are supposed to be on the left side (I'm guessing you put those in afterwards?), but I think it's taking away from the beauty of the vibrant monotone of the piece a bit. It seems to have a lot of significance so I'm guessing making that uniform with the rest isn't an option. I would, however, decrease or scatter the amount a tad in the denser areas.

It's a great end(?) to a great series. =)

I love the saturated colors. What processes did you use to get that effect? A wonderful piece!

Yes, everything it appeared to be when I saw the thumbnail, sheer beauty! How many more are in the series? I love each and every one of them =)

I sat in the garden. I was always such a lonley, silent spectre.

Nobody knew me when I was alive. Nobody cared when I died.

Nobody looked for me afterwards.

I shivered. I sat on my grave. I looked at my angel.

She was ugly, not like me.

I closed filmy eyes behind milky eyelids. I saw it again.

Fire raping the trees, desecrating the flowers, ravaging the wind.

Flames licking my body, like a painful lover.

My skin bubbling like boiled water, my eyes seared in ther sockets like grapes in the sun, my hair crisped away to nothing.

It hurt me to die.
